The Eric Byrd Trio will be performing on Saturday, May 22nd at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.  The guest artist is Brian Settles, who recently accompanied Eric Byrd to Italy for a two week tour.

The performance will take place in the Empress Lounge, located just off the hotel’s lobby. The lounge offers light fare and a complete bar menu. It is a non-smoking room, but a large terrace overlooking the hotel’s Japanese Garden is adjacent to the lounge area for patrons who wish to smoke. There is no cover charge.

Directions:
Mandarin Oriental is located at 1330 Maryland Avenue SW, Washington, D.C., just three blocks from the National Mall. If you’re in Washington, D.C. on 14th Street heading south toward the 14th Street Bridge, cross the mall and turn left on Independence Avenue, then turn right on 12th Street. Travel three blocks and turn right onto Maryland Avenue SW. Travel 3/4 around the circle and the hotel will be on your right.

Parking:
Parking is not permitted on Maryland Avenue, but street parking is available for free after 6:30 pm on neighboring C Street, D Street, and Maine Avenue. Valet parking is also available.
